- 5 Minute cold shower
- Box breathing
- Vigorous movement
- Humming or singing
- Talk to someone
Sleep
Poor sleep -> dysregulated nervous system -> no motivation.
Pick one:
- List 3 Things I'm grateful for.
- I'm grateful I got ready and it feels good to look good and take more care of myself.
- How I felt? What caused it? How I'd like to feel tomorrow?
Rules
Instead of committing to giant changes forever, run 2-week experiments.
- First Day: Today (Oct 11th: 7 PM); Last day: Day 14 (Oct 25th: 7 PM)
- Non-City Day: Bed by 10 PM; City Day: Walk towards Penn by 10 PM
- Set a daily intent. Wear Oura Ring.
After 2 weeks, "Did this make me feel more safe, excited, and alive? Should I keep it, adjust it, or try something else?"
